Athena is my personal chef, and she is very good at it. She loves to cook her beef gnocchi during the week, and I love to eat it when she cooks it, and throughout the week as leftovers. She is the best.
Ingredients
- 1 Lb ground beef
- ¼ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of mozzarella
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- 1 pack of gnocchi
- ½ onion
- Minced garlic
- Seasonings
Directions
- Add Ground Beef and Onion to a cast iron pan.
- Cook until beef is browned. Drain if necesarry
- Add Garlic for around 30 seconds, or until you can start to smell it.
- Mix in ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, seasonings and Gnocchi. Make sure Gnocchis are seperated.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella on top.
- Put cast iron in the over at 400 for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with a few dollops of ricotta cheese. (optional)
