Beef Gnocchi Bake

Athena is my personal chef, and she is very good at it. She loves to cook her beef gnocchi during the week, and I love to eat it when she cooks it, and throughout the week as leftovers. She is the best.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add Ground Beef and Onion to a cast iron pan.
  2. Cook until beef is browned. Drain if necesarry
  3. Add Garlic for around 30 seconds, or until you can start to smell it.
  4. Mix in ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, seasonings and Gnocchi. Make sure Gnocchis are seperated.
  5. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top.
  6. Put cast iron in the over at 400 for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with a few dollops of ricotta cheese. (optional)
