  1. If not already done, trim excess fat from brisket.
  2. Place on large square of foil in shallow baking pan.
  3. Rub with liquid smoke and Worcestershire.
  4. Sprinkle with other flavorings.
  5. Seal foil and bake at 250º for 8 to 12 hours.
  6. Slice thin to serve.
  7. Easiest to slice if cooled first.
  8. Spoon juices over sliced meat and reheat to serve.
  9. Add barbeque sauce if desired.
