Ingredients
- Large brisket
- 1/3 bottle liquid smoke
- 1 to 2 Tbs onion flakes
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic salt to taste
- Salt & Pepper
Directions
- If not already done, trim excess fat from brisket.
- Place on large square of foil in shallow baking pan.
- Rub with liquid smoke and Worcestershire.
- Sprinkle with other flavorings.
- Seal foil and bake at 250º for 8 to 12 hours.
- Slice thin to serve.
- Easiest to slice if cooled first.
- Spoon juices over sliced meat and reheat to serve.
- Add barbeque sauce if desired.
