Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbs buttermilk
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs oil
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Combine egg, milk and oil and stir in with dry ingredients
- Use ¼ cup batter on hot, lightly greased griddle
- Turn when top is covered with bubbles and adges are brown Yiels: 8 (4 inch) pancakes.
