Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can chopped mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 large onion
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cans chicken & rice soup
- 1 ½ soup cans water
- 1 small jar diced pimento
- 2 chicken breast
- Cook chicken breast in salted water; cool and dice or shred meat.
- In butter, slowly cook diced pepper and onion.
- Combine with remaining ingredients and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
