Ingredients
- 2lbs frozen Dino nuggets divided
- ¾ lb Rigatoni or other short pasta
- 2 24oz Jars of marinara sauce divided
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella divided
- 6 Tbsp finely grated parmesan divided
- chopped fresh basil for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Grease 11 X 8 baking dish
- Boil water in a large pot
- Cook pasta until very aldente
- Drain and transfer to large bowl
- Add 1 jar of marinara sauce and toss to coat
- Layer half of pasta mix into bottom layer of cooking dish
- Arrange single layer of chicken nuggets over top
- Dollop half of remaining marinara sauce over nuggets
- Sprinkle with 2 cups of mozzarella and 3 Tbsp of parmesan over top
- Top with remaining pasta mixture
- Layer remaining nuggets over top
- Tightly cover basking dish in foil
- Bake for 40-45 minutes
- Once done, top with remaining marinara sauce, 2 cups mozzarella, and 3 Tbsp parmesan
- Cook until cheese is melted (10-15 minutes)
- Top with basil
