Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes
- 2-3 onions
Directions
Potatoes
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Drain, cool and peel.
- Slice thinly into large container with sliced onions.
- Add more salt and pepper if needed.
Dressing
- For dressing mix ½ cup vinegar with ½ cup oil.
- May add a little water if taste too sour.
- Pour over potatoes and onion and mix gently with your hands.
- Chill well before serving so that flavors blend.
