German Potato Salad

Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain, cool and peel.
  3. Slice thinly into large container with sliced onions.
  4. Add more salt and pepper if needed.

Dressing

  1. For dressing mix ½ cup vinegar with ½ cup oil.
  2. May add a little water if taste too sour.
  3. Pour over potatoes and onion and mix gently with your hands.
  4. Chill well before serving so that flavors blend.
