Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup onions
- ¾ cup grates parmesan cheese
- ½ cup bread crumbs
- 26 ounces of ragu sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon
- 1 tablespeen italian seasoning
- 8 ounces mushrooms
Directions
- Combine meat, onions, cheese, crumbs, ½ cup pasta sauce, egg, bouillon, and italian seasoning.
- Mix well
- Shape into meatballs
- Place in an oven safe pan
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes (more if needed)
- Place meatballs in remaining pasta sauce with mushrooms
- Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until hot.
- Serve alone, or over spaghetti
