Ingredients
- 4 or 5 medium potatoes
- 1 small onion
- ½ cup milk
Directions
- Peel and slice potatoes and onion into about ¼ inch slices.
- Layer ½ of the potatoes in a lightly greased 2 qt casserole.
- Salt and pepper to taste, then layer ½ of the onion and top with a few pats of butter.
- Add the rest of the potatoes, salt and pepper, onion and a little more butter.
- Drizzle with milk.
- Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
- Stir well and microwave another 8 to 10 minutes.
