🥔Microwaved Scalloped Potatoes

Directions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes and onion into about ¼ inch slices.
  2. Layer ½ of the potatoes in a lightly greased 2 qt casserole.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste, then layer ½ of the onion and top with a few pats of butter.
  4. Add the rest of the potatoes, salt and pepper, onion and a little more butter.
  5. Drizzle with milk.
  6. Cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir well and microwave another 8 to 10 minutes.
