Ingredients
4 – 5 chops 1 pkg dry onion soup mix 1 ½ cups uncooked rice 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 can tomatoes 1 teaspoon oregano 1 can beef consommé soup Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Place rice in greased 9x13 casserole.
- Brown chops and lay on rice.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over all.
- Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
- Can substitute chicken broth, but use the soup size can.
