Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 cup water
- Salt, & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown hamburger (only until looses red color) with onion and garlic.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes.
- Cook a small package of spaghetti and drain.
- Combine with sauce and place half in a 9x13 pan.
- Top with grated cheddar, then rest of spaghetti and more cheddar.
- Bake, covered, at 375º for 45 minutes.
